1.  Login
2.  Click on Home in the upper left of the grey top bar
3.  Look on the right side of the screen below General Discussion for a box with a grey background that says Manage Email Notifications with a "Click Here" link below it.
4.  Click on the "click here" link and on the screen which next appears,
5.  Click on "Manage Email Subscriptions" on the right, next to the yellow lock symbol
6.  For both Law Discussion and General Discussion, click "Unsubscribe."

I do not have access to the profile information of any member other than myself, so I can't do it for you.  If I could, I would.

I'm doing what I can to get all this sorted, but I don't have direct access to the underlying software.

You can retrieve username and password on the login page (unless it’s not working). http://www.paralegalcity.com/Login.aspx

Wow, no need to be so snippy.  Yes, I *did* look carefully, and there is an option to retrieve password but not user name. 
 
I'm not trying to cancel, just edit my mailing preferences,  Calm down, for heaven's sake.

KKParalegal, I am sorry. Please accept my apology. I think I was being snippy at Christine because she went to another group and said she didn't sign up for ParalegalChat and yet she is receiving emails. Thus opening a whole can of worms.

Anyway, the forgot username? link to retrieve the username is there at the bottom on the login page. It's just separated but it's there. Scroll down below the Forgot Password? link.

Looks like you signed up and never came back. I think you forgot. So I think you should ask these guys nicely to unsubscribe you. Or, sign in and unregister.

And, honsetly, Admin should not unsubscribe people who claim they never signed up. Let them request their UserId/Password and maybe when they see their ID/Password it will refresh their memory. But the question is will they accept that they indeed signed up and forgot?
